reGROUP meets Monday nights at 7 p.m. at Summit Orlando.

Curriculum Videos and Resources

Curriculum videos are used as a part of each movement—Recognize, Return, and Restore—and are similar to what you’ll hear in the large group portion on Mondays. They are available to help equip participants with the concepts and language to best participate in their group work. Please note that content may not be appropriate for viewers under 18.

Recognize | Movement One

Identifying what it is that we are doing to contribute to the difficulty or challenge in our own lives. Recognize curriculum videos begin with video 1.

Additional Movement One Resources

Feelings Wheel

In reGROUP, we use the feelings wheel to help describe our emotions. It can be helpful to put a name to what we’re feeling in order to bring awareness to it and make sense of it.

The Clock

Where am I with my sobriety today? You can use this tool to bring awareness to the external and internal shifts you may experience. Find more information in part three of the Recognize book.

Return | Movement Two

Walking back into our stories, understanding the places we’ve been wounded, and inviting God to help re-narrate our lives. Return curriculum videos begin with video 6.

Restore | Movement Three

Applying the principles and wisdom we’ve gained—what we’ve learned about ourselves and why we make the decisions we do—into our current lives. Restore curriculum videos begin with video 11.
