Though it may sound like an alien planet, Galatians is, in fact, a book of the Bible written by the Apostle Paul—and it's all about good news!
Why were the people in Galatia confused about the good news? How did Paul go from being a Jesus hater to a Jesus follower? And how much does a real-life NASA spacesuit cost?!
Find out as Pattie kicks off her Galatians Celebration by telling the dramatic story of Paul's encounter with Jesus. Once you hear it, you'll see why the good news truly is... out of this world.

Join Pattie as she dives into the next chapter of Paul's letter to the Galatians and tackles some big questions: How do we grow as followers of Jesus? Why did God give us the law if it's not what saves us? And will Alicia ever come to appreciate the wonder of puns?

The crew at Parties by Pattie are preparing to celebrate everyone’s favorite chef and the launch of Alé’s Outdoor Diner! This week, with the help of an extra special guest and a game of trivia, Alicia discovers she has a lot to learn about friendship. Luckily, Galatians chapter five is full of wisdom about how to care for our friends. Join her as she tests out a rockin’ party playlist and learns that the good news IS how we love others.

Join Pattie and Alicia for their final Galatians Celebration! This week, they’re preparing for an unforgettable harvest hoedown! With the help of another surprise guest, Alicia discovers why the good news, and living in community, are worth the work, and what Paul means when he talks about the harvest in his final words to the Galatians. It’s sure to be a party as Pattie, Alicia, and Farmer Del celebrate that the good news invites us to do good – Yeehaw!

This week in Base Camp, we’re taking some of what we learned from our Galatians celebrations over the past two months and we’re putting it into practice. We’ve heard that the Good News makes us God’s children, it makes us free to live God’s way, it gives us the power to love others, and God invites us to be part of the good he’s doing in the world.
Join Chef Alejandro in the Base Camp Kitchen to learn more about Jesus’ example of service. As a part of our in person services today, we’ll be doing a fun service project together! We encourage you and your family to brainstorm a way you can serve together in your own neighborhood. Maybe you can offer to help with your neighbor’s yard work or leave an encouraging note for your mail carrier! No matter who you are, no matter what you've got, you can follow Jesus! So let's get out there and serve!
