Renew: A Seminar for Students and Parents

Students and parents are invited to join together to learn from a licensed mental health counselor. We’ll spend time talking about anxiety, depression, and the different aspects of middle and high schoolers’ lives these things can impact. Our hope is that this seminar will help your family have productive conversations about mental health at home. Oh, and there will be snacks too!
