As we look to the early church as an example, we can learn from their practices and their responses to the gospel. One of the lessons we’ve drawn is the value of being intentional in praying together. The Bible tells us how early believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread and prayer in both the temple courts and in their homes.
