July 8th | Profit with purpose with Thomas Bates

Thomas Bates is the Chief Revenue Officer of the globally renowned marine industry leader Correct Craft. At Correct Craft, a 96-year-old company with operations spanning seven boat brands, three engine brands, and three watersports parks across 70 countries, Thomas drives sales, marketing, strategic planning, product development, and acquisitions. With a B.A. in Church Ministries, an M.B.A., and executive education from Harvard and Wharton, Thomas combines his passion for leadership and excellence, holding certifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Lean Six Sigma. He resides in Orlando, Florida, with his wife Mindy, and their two children, Ella and Owen.

July 15th | Working with Purpose with Dionne Coleman

Dionne "Dee" Coleman has over a decade of dedicated service in the Central Florida nonprofit sector and currently serves as the Director of Development at Lift Orlando. Previously, she led Samaritan Village, Inc. as President and Executive Director. She holds influential positions on several boards and councils, including Lifework Leadership and the Central Florida Human Trafficking Task Force. Recognized for her leadership, Dee has received multiple awards, including the Orlando Business Journal 40 under 40 and the Polaris Star Award as Florida's Human Trafficking Nonprofit Leader of the Year.
